Professor Maurice Kamto will be unable to justify his non-selection, and his appeal to the constitutional judges will (once again) be dismissed.
Here’s why:
✅ Missing documentation proving his resignation from the MRC on June 25. (No administration is in possession of such proof.)
✅ Missing the document certifying his membership in MANIDEM on June 27 — without which, his nomination is fraudulent (he was president of another political party, which is a critical factor).
✅ His legalized signature on his declaration of candidacy was processed at a police station instead of the authorized administrative offices (Governor, Prefect, Sub-Prefect, then MINAT), which are the only authorities permitted to validate it.
