Cameroonians as a whole and English-speaking citizens in particular were seriously shocked when Presidential candidate ISSA CHIROMA BAKARY declared in Bamenda that whilst a minister of Paul BIYA, he was in constant discussion with secessionist terrorism sponsors who are responsible for thousands of deaths, heinous atrocities and other crimes against humanity in the NW and SW. He even boasted that before leaving government, he told leaders of secessionist governments in exile IKOME SAKO AND CHRIS ANU.
Almost all major democracies around the world have secessionist problems but all politicians are in a republican spirit united against division. For example In France they have the Corsica problem, the USA has the TEXAS and CALIFORNIA secessionists just to name these two. All the politicians of these great democracies are against the division of the country no matter their opposition to each other.
That in Cameroon, a sitting minister and even Government spokesperson confesses that all this while he has been in contact with individuals who raised funds, purchased weapons, recruited gullible youths, drugged the youths, obtained ammunition, planned and organized attacks that killed thousands of Cameroonians, is now seen by many as treason. Many Cameroonians are already saying ISSA CHIROMA is a traitor.
That someone who wants to become president of Cameroon and commander in chief of the defense/security forces has been talking to people who took direct actions that led to the assassination of soldiers, gendarmes and policemen is surprising. What will ISSA CHIROMA tell defense/security elements who lost friends, limbs, lives etc when he becomes president? What will he tell the families that lost sons and daughters in the NW and SW if he becomes president? Will he tell them that while they were being killed, while their villages were being burnt, while their loved ones were being decapitated by secessionist terrorists, he was exchanging pleasantries with the leaders based abroad? Will he be courageous to ask the same army to obey him and combat the secessionist terrorists, many Cameroonians are now asking.
Cameroonians now clearly see that President PAUL BIYA has been fighting terrorism with collaborators who were not on his side. They now understand why during the past eight years of crisis in the NW and SW, ISSA CHIROMA and other ministers remained silent.
As the October 12th presidential election approaches, more masks will fall and Cameroonians will see who is with them and who is with the secessionist terrorists that have caused untold suffering in the two English speaking regions of Cameroon. With the revelation of issa chiroma, Cameroonians now better appreciate the herculean effort of president PAUL BIYA’s fight against terrorism. The Financial resources, defense/security personnel and other huge sacrifices that have been made to ensure security for compatriots of the two regions will speak for President PAUL BIYA on the 12th of October 2025.
After the 12th of October 2025, Treacherous political and Republican traitors like ISSA CHIROMA BAKARY will go down in history as persons who betrayed their country at a time when the country needed them most. They will be remembered as political opportunists who one day claimed “there is no anglophone crisis”, the other day said “president paul biya was doing everything possible to resolve the crisis peacefully”, but yet come another day to declare that “President PAUL BIYA can not resolve the crisis because he has refused dialogue”, while concluding that “I have been in permanent dialogue with secessionist leaders”.
Cameroonian voters will put an end to the political life of this “political chameleon” and opportunist who has been performing a well staged theatre for decades now. His cinema is coming to an end and he knows this, hence his frantic efforts to remain relevant with his fake “daily scoops” and pseudo-‘insider revelations’ about President Paul BIYA’s government.
We all know CHIROMA was a scam, but his connection to secessionist terrorists has added a new dimension to the man, confirming why Cameroonians do not trust him and can not vote for him.
ON THE 12th of October 2025, CAMEROONIANS will choose between ISSA CHIROMA BAKARY, a man who has been actively working with secessionist terrorists to divide Cameroon, and PAUL BIYA, a man who has worked tirelessly for decades to maintain a STRONG, UNITED AND PROSPEROUS CAMEROON WHERE THERE IS GRANDEUR AND HOPE FOR ALL. /-
